Si and Dave served up a pumpkin gnocchi on The Hairy Bikers Home for Christmas.
The ingredients are: 500g red Desiree potatoes, 500g unpeeled pumpkin or squash, to end up with 250g purée, 150-250g plain flour, salt and pepper, 50g parmesan (or alternative vegetarian hard cheese), plus extra to serve and 1 free-range egg.
To serve: 50g butter, few sage leaves, finely shredded and 200g fresh spinach.
