Gino served up a Sardinian dish for a longer healthier life with a beef with artichokes, chilli and walnuts dish on This Morning.
the ingredients are: 400g fillet of beef (room temperature), 8 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, 280g chargrilled artichoke hearts in oil, drained and quartered, 1 fresh, medium-hot red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped, 4 tbsp balsamic glaze, 100g crispy mixed salad leaves, 80g walnut halves, roughly chopped and Salt.
